DES MOINES, Iowa - The Des Moines office of Opus Development Corporation announced today that it executed a long-term build-to-suit for lease with a Fortune 100 company for a new 300,000-square-foot industrial facility in Des Moines, Iowa. Opus Design Build, L.L.C. will construct the new facility and Opus AE Group, Inc. is the project architect.
The project is slated to break ground this spring with completion scheduled for February 2012.
