Jason Conway

As Senior Director of Real Estate Development, Jason is responsible for speculative and build-to-suit industrial and office developments in Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota. His duties include identifying and acquiring the property to be developed, obtaining any required governmental approvals and entitlements, coordinating the design and construction as well as overseeing the marketing and leasing of each project.

Jason is a graduate of Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in international relations and international business and studied at the Scuola Lorenzo DeMedici in Florence, Italy. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Iowa chapter; NAIOP,  the commercial real estate development association; Minnesota Commercial Association of Real Estate; and Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM), Minnesota and Iowa chapters.
