Matt Rauenhorst

As President & CEO, Matt is responsible for executive leadership and overall strategy for all aspects of development across the organization. His responsibilities include business development, directional oversight and leadership of the development teams nationwide as well as its capital markets group.

Matt has nearly 20 years of real estate and development experience across many different product types including office, industrial, multifamily, senior living, retail and institutional.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin. He previously worked with Habitat for Humanity building affordable housing in South Minneapolis. Matt is a member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association; University of St. Thomas' Opus College of Business Strategic Board of Advisors; Minneapolis Downtown Council's Board of Directors; and Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors.
