Nick Lauters, LEED AP

As Project Executive, Nick has high-level oversight of a portfolio of projects that typically includes large and complex projects, working in partnership with project team members who will continue to manage the day-to-day responsibilities of each individual project. His responsibilities include leading the sales and marketing, negotiations, design and construction processes on projects and has primary accountability for communicating with external clients, partners and vendors.
