With strong expertise in retail development, Opus completed construction on Gander Mountain’s new store in Newnan, Georgia, this fall. The 52,000-square-foot store features Gander Mountain’s signature timber and stone store front inviting customers in and embracing the company’s “We Live Outdoors” philosophy.
This store, along with several others Opus has built in recent years, reflects Gander Mountain’s vision of a smaller, more open store concept. The retail space is organized in a wide circular path that allows customers to quickly and easily locate products while also providing space for large outdoor goods and equipment to be shown on the floor.
