Opus has completed more than 1,053 industrial projects totaling 122 million square feet and has approximately 14 million square feet planned or under development.

Minooka Ridge II
This distribution center is located in the Northwest quadrant of I-80 and Ridge Road in Minooka, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago.
Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park - Technical Glass
This building is located in the Snoqualmie Ridge Business Park which offers 30.9 acres of developable land for office and flex tech users that would like to be located in a business park, master planned community.
Hartman Business Center V
Hartman V is a speculative warehouse distribution building located within Hartman Business Center, which is a master planned five-phase, 150-acre development of Opus South Corporation.
Bethlehem Crossings IV
Opus East has recently completed the design phase on the 4th out of 5 warehouse/distribution facilities in the Bethlehem Crossings Industrial Park.
