5995 Opus Parkway

This five-story, 170,000 square foot suburban office facility is located on an 8.9 acre site in the Opus 2 Business Park in Minnetonka, Minnesota. 

 

The site is fully landscaped with a tree lined main entry, an integrated water feature, brick paver entry plaza, and a small plaza overlooking the pond to the east.

 

Materials used include 4” x 12” Chicago Pink Saxon brick with limestone accent banding in combination with rose colored reflective glass and painted mullions.  Interior finishes include a two-story lobby entrance area featuring terrazzo floors, etched glass panels, Honduras mahogany, and maple paneling.  An open circular stair connects the tenant’s fourth and fifth floors.

 

Heating and cooling are by means of a unitary heat pump system controlled by an energy management system.  The building also features a card access security system and 157 surface parking spaces, 423 deck spaces and 28 spaces in the climate-controlled executive garage.
