AIG American General

This project is a build-to-suit for AIG American General, and is its new Springfield Service Center, located at the intersection of Hollis Drive and Robbins Road in Springfield, Illinois at the Southwest Plaza.

The Class A office building features three stories of roughly 40,000 gross square feet floorplates and with surface parking for approximately 503 cars (4.4 spaces per 1,000).

The building is clad in architectural precast in earthtone colors with gray tinted insulated glass and aluminum window system.

The interior lobby space features building reception and security. The reception lobby and elevator lobby have stone floors with natural and painted wood walls. The first floor contains cafeteria, training and conferencing areas.

The office layout places workstations and offices near the windows with support function such as restrooms, service centers, and break areas in the core of the building.
