Church & Dwight Corporate Headquarters

Located in PrincetonSouth Corporate Center in Ewing, NJ, this Class A office building campus will be the new world headquarters for Church & Dwight Co., Inc. Just off of Route 31 and overlooking Interstate 95, the headquarters will allow for Church & Dwight to keep its 1,000 employees in New Jersey by relocating and consolidating offices.

The Church & Dwight headquarters facility will feature two 125,000 SF 3-story office buildings that will be connected by a 3-story link. The energy-efficient buildings will be designed and constructed with sustainable practices and elements. The buildings will use local material for the precast concrete exterior wall panels, along with a combination of ribbon windows and curtainwall to maximize daylighting and views for employees. The building will contain water efficient plumbing fixtures and low emitting VOC materials and will be built to maximize energy efficiency.

 
The facility will feature a 2-story open lobby space, full service cafeteria, along with a training center and state-of-the-art conferencing. Employees will be able to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor dining patio and central courtyard.
