Located at I-65 and S.R. 39, just ten minutes northwest of Indianapolis, the building is conveniently located near seven spokes of interstate highways.  This hub system provides easy access to two-thirds of the nation’s population within an eight-hour drive. In addition, the site is served by CSX Rail.

The exterior of this one-story facility is an 8” smooth tilt-up panel concrete shell with an EPDM single-ply, ballasted membrane roof. The flow-through design has 52’ x 52’6” interior bays and a 52’ x 60’ loading bay. Building dimensions are 480’ x 988’ and ceiling clear height is 32 feet. Fire protection is provided by an ESFR sprinkler system. Heating is designed with roof mounted gas-fired industrial air heaters. Approximately 25,000 square feet of the building is air conditioned.

 

The facility is served by 50 truck docks, five rail docks and one drive-in door. Parking is available for 200 automobiles and 97 trailers. The site can accommodate 163 future trailer spaces.

 

The building is fully occupied by ConAgra Foods, Inc., one of North America’s largest packaged food companies, with a strong presence in consumer grocery as well as restaurant and foodservice establishments.
