This build-to-suit industrial facility is located less than two miles from Interstate 94 and five minutes south of Mitchell International Airport in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, in the Oakwood Crossings Business Center.

This state-of-the-art cross-docked building features 33-foot clear ceiling height and is situated on 28 acres of land. The project provides 238 parking spaces, twenty-seven 48" tall truck docks with full pit levelers, two 48" tall truck docks with edge of dock levelers, nineteen 40" tall truck docks with edge of dock levelers, two truck docks without levelers, one on-grade dock door, and 22 trailer spaces.

There is 25,209 square feet of office space, 13,600 square feet of a 6" depressed slab with a work shop and a control room for chemicals, and 240,331 square feet of warehouse space. The building is expandable to 331,600 square feet.

Corporate Express was purchased by Staples in July 2008.
