Corporate Ridge II is a speculative office building that will serve as corporate headquarters for its anchor tenant, Terracon Consultants, Inc. Terracon, who will take occupancy of the building in January 2008, provides geotechnical, environmental, construction materials, and facilities engineering consulting services for projects of every scale.

The building is a three story, 116,108 sf multi-tenant office building. It features architectural precast and lightly tinted insulated glass set in anodized aluminum frames.

Incorporating a feature unique to local suburban office buildings, Corporate Ridge II is being constructed with a 56 car below-building executive parking garage. This garage level is served by each of the buildings three hydraulic elevators.
