Corporate Ridge II

Corporate Ridge II is a speculative office building that will serve as corporate headquarters for its anchor tenant, Terracon Consultants, Inc. Terracon, who will take occupancy of the building in January 2008, provides geotechnical, environmental, construction materials, and facilities engineering consulting services for projects of every scale.

The building is a three story, 116,108 sf multi-tenant office building. It features architectural precast and lightly tinted insulated glass set in anodized aluminum frames.

Incorporating a feature unique to local suburban office buildings, Corporate Ridge II is being constructed with a 56 car below-building executive parking garage. This garage level is served by each of the buildings three hydraulic elevators.

Nine foot, 2x2 lay-in ceilings are provided throughout the building with indirect fluorescent lighting.

Heating ventilation and air conditioning is accomplished through a variable air volume system with package rooftop units and direct digital control system.

The building is located in Corporate Ridge Office Park in Olathe, Kansas. The office park is located in the southwest quadrant of the Kansas City metropolitan area. The park features a full-service health and fitness facility.
