Devry Institute

Located at the southwest corner of Beltway 8 and Equity Drive in Houston’s Westway Park, DeVry Institute is a state-of-the-art campus featuring specialized technology laboratories, a technical library and network multimedia equipment in the classrooms. There is also a central atrium/skylight area for the lobby and student library. The project includes a two-story brick veneer on structural steel panel backing with insulated ribbon windows. It also features a central chiller VAV system with extensive energy management system and controls coordinated with classroom activity.
