Elm Creek Commerce Center I

Elm Creek Commerce Center I is part of a 50 acre master planned industrial park located right on Highway 169 in Champlin, Minnesota.

 

The exterior is constructed of energy efficient insulated precast concrete wall panels with smooth architectural finish. The building is accented with metal column couas and medallions that match the tinted windows sat in red aluminum window frames. A curved precast element and red metal column couas define four main entries to the building. The front of the building is clad with a brick wainscot capped by architectural precast sills.

 

The building features a 24 feet of clear height, ESFR sprinklers, 40' x 45' bay sizes and 18 docks to service the manufacturing/warehouse space.
