Elm Creek Commerce Center III

Elm Creek Commerce Center Phase III is part of a 50 acre master planned industrial park located right on Highway 169 in Champlin, Minnesota.

 

The exterior is constructed of energy efficient insulated precast concrete wall panels with a ribbed, exposed aggregate finish and architectural reveals. A generous number of acrodized aluminum window frames and tinted glass provide numerous opportunities for front office space or daylit manufacturing space.  Two main entries to the building are defined by a curved precast element with brick piers leading into a glass storefront.

 

The building features 24 feet of clear height in the manufacturing space, sprinklers designed to accommodate rack storage of Class III commodity, and 12 docks each servicing the warehouse/manufacturing space.

 

The overall site features 2 ponds and a paved walking trail.
