This seven-story multi-tenant office building is located at the four-way East-West Tollway (I-88) interchange at Highland Avenue - just four miles from Oak Brook and I-294. The building is situated in the Highland Landmark 42-acre office campus with a five-acre nature preserve at the center of the development. Two entrances allow easy access from 31st Street.
The exterior facade is a combination of terra cotta granite and architectural precast in shades of gray with green reflective insulated vision glass. The concourse and first floor lobby finishes include a combination of granite, terrazzo and fine imported Makore hardwood. Each floor contains approximately 35,000 square feet served by a central core. A two-level 962-car, 50% covered parking deck offers executive reserved parking.
HVAC system consists of two 475-ton York chillers and eight supply and return air handling fan units located on the concourse and in the penthouse. |
