This eight-story multi-tenant office building is the fourth successful building in the Highland Landmark Office Park. Located at the southeast corner of Highland Avenue and the East-West Tollway in Downers Grove, the 42-acre parcel enjoys 2,500 lineal feet of frontage along the Tollway. A 100 no-build zone fronting 31st Street and a five-acre nature preserve provide over 40% green space.

The curvilinear exterior facade is primarily an architectural precast system with green tinted windows and a granite entrance from the courtyard. The building ends are "anchored" with two curtainwall towers. The six-level parking structure accommodates 1,252 cars.
