Honey Creek Corporate Center lies along the north side of I-94 at the northwest quadrant of I-94 and S. 84th Street Interchange in the far western reaches of the City of Milwaukee near the geographic center of the metro Milwaukee area - the Zoo Interchange. Honey Creek is considered to be located within the Mayfair office sub-market.

The Honey Creek Corporate Center is comprised of three 4-story and one 3-story Class A office buildings. Honey Creek I was completed in 1998; Honey Creek II in 1999; and Honey Creek III in 2000. With the development of Honey Creek IV, the Honey Creek Corporate Center consists of 427,000 square feet of rentable office space, making it the 18th largest office park in the Greater Milwaukee area.

This three-story, multi-tenant office facility has surface parking to accommodate 258 cars (4 spaces/1,000 SF) as well as a single-bay loading dock. Twelve executive underground spaces are also provided.

Honey Creek IV is similar in design and exterior aesthetics to the existing buildings within the park. The exterior consists of steel frame construction with a masonry faade and bands of gray-tinted insulated glass windows as well as bands of pewter reflective insulated glass and spandrel glass in black anodized aluminum frames. The roof is a sloped, standing seam, pre-finished metal roof over 5/8" treated plywood sheathing, 3" rigid insulation and metal roof decking.

The building HVAC system consists of rooftop units. There are two elevators: a 2,500-pound capacity and 3,500-pound capacity. The first floor includes an exterior depressed loading dock with dock leveler. The building is fully sprinklered for fire protection. The floor plates average 20,000 square feet with nine-foot ceilings and a typical structural bay size of 30 by 32 feet.

Major tenants include MetLife Financial Services and Fifth Third Bank.
