This four-story Law School was constructed on a vacant site northwest of North 11th Street and Clybourn Street on the Marquette University campus.
The facility includes two courtrooms, classrooms, faculty office suites, library space with a two-story reading room, a conference center and a cafe.
Housed within the structure is a two-story parking garage with 171 spaces, providing convenience and safety for the staff and students utilizing the state-of-the-art services provided by the Marquette University Law School.
The structural features of the Law School were designed to both meld with the existing university conventions as well as bring a modern touch to the campus. The brick pattern chosen matches the distinctive style that separates Marquette University's campus from the surrounding community, but the eye-catching glass and steel design of the outward wall makes the Law School an unforgettable addition.
The building interior mirrors the exquisite nature of the exterior design. A four-story atrium, which includes bookshelves and a fireplace overlooked by a portrait of Abraham lincoln, and a monumental central staircase are just a few of the amenities that can be found throughout the Law School.
The unique architecture coupled with effective site selection will display Marquette University's constant devotion to academic enlightenment and personal achievement.
