Medtronic Diabetes Therapy TI

This project was a design-build tenant improvement project for a repeat national client.  Project site was located in San Antonio, Texas.

 

The project featured a fast-tracked design and construction schedule with phased occupancy allowing Medtronic to relocate a call center function to a more cost competitive region.

 

The project included a state-of-the-art Server Room with FM-200 and VESDA fire protection to support the call center operation.

 

The space also included a “Medtronic University” with seven dividable classrooms for use in vendor and employee training and presentations.
