Minooka Ridge I

This distribution center is located in the Northwest quadrant of I-80 and Ridge Road in Minooka, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago.

The one-story facility’s exterior is clad in smooth precast insulated concrete with an EPDM single-ply, ballasted membrane roof.

The warehouse space features a 32-foot clear ceiling height with an ESFR sprinkler system. The heating is designed with roof-mounted, gas-fired unit heaters. Interior column and dock bays are 50’ x 50’.

Two tenant entries are provided complete with parking for a total of 106 cars at tenant entries (expandable), including 48 truck docks and two drive-in doors.

Trailer parking, flooring, power, interior lighting and any office requirements can be provided to suit tenants’ needs.

The building was sold to Macy’s Inc. and is operated by the Macy’s Logistics and Operations division.
