Minooka Ridge II

This distribution center is located in the Northwest quadrant of I-80 and Ridge Road in Minooka, Illinois, a southwest suburb of Chicago.

The one-story facility's exterior is clad in smooth insulated precast concrete with an EPDM single-ply, ballasted membrane roof.

The warehouse space features a 32-foot clear ceiling height and sidewall dock bays at 30-foot clear height with an ESFR sprinkler system. The heating is designed with roof-mounted, gas-fired 80/20 heaters. Interior column warehouse bays are 50 X 50 and dock bays are 50 X 60.

Two tenant entries are provided complete with parking for a total of 128 cars (expandable), including 162 truck docks (expandable), 365 trailer spaces (expandable), and four drive-in doors.
