Located in the rapidly growing San Bernardino corridor, the five-story, 284,000 square-foot Class "A" office has excellent freeway visibility and accessibility.

Designed with oversized column bays to allow for modular furniture to fit efficiently into the space, the large/open floor plate has the added benefit of access flooring and carpet tile for flexibility.  The 3" raised concrete floor was utilized to allow electrical and data cabling to occur under the floor, eliminating overhead power poles and allowed for an infinite number of furniture configurations for the end user.

Wellness rooms, secondary break rooms and a cafeteria with the capacity to cater to large groups, all support an employee/employer friendly atmosphere.
