Oakview Building I

The development will consist of 75 acres of buildable land allowing for aproximately 1.2 million square feet of industrial development in multiple phases.

The site is a half mile west of the intersection of Higgins Road and Randall Road and is located approximately 2.5 miles from the Randall Road interchange on I-90, in West Dundee, one of Chicago's northwest suburbs in Kane County.

The speculative Building I is 154,475 square feet and is divisible down to 25,000-square-foot tenants.

The building is located approximately 1,000 feet north of the entrance to the park, allowing for the maximum flexibility for future buildings and the retail outlots located along Higgins Road.

The warehouse area features 28-foot clear height with an ESFR sprinkler system. Parking is included for a total of 138 automobiles, with 26 trailer spaces, 14 docks, and four drive-in doors.
