Oneida Cold Storage

The Oneida Cold Storage expansion is located at the current Oneida facility in the Irondale Industrial Park in Henderson, Co. The location at the intersection of I-76 and 88th Street offers excellent access to I-25 as well as I-70.
 
Oneida is a state of the art, high cube refrigerated foods and grocery distribution center offering frozen, refrigerated, and dry storage. This project was an expansion of the original center to create an additional 141,000 SF on a 26-acre site.
 
The building has a clearance height of 36 feet throughout all 6 refrigerated rooms that are cooled by an ammonia-based refrigeration system. The refrigeration system allows for the rooms to have the ability to be converted from -20 degrees to +35 degrees Fahrenheit. With the refrigerated loading dock at the facility having 22 docks that are 60 feet deep it allows for the ease of loading.
