The Union Station development includes the historical Union Station Building, 605 Union Station, 625 Union Station, 705 Union Station and 505 Union Station. When completed, the Union Station project will exceed one million square feet of office and complementary retail space.
This project provides immediate access to Seattles downtown bus tunnel/light rail center serving the municipal center, financial district, entertainment district and the heart of Seattles retail core.
The location provides easy access north or south on I-5 and east on I-90. It is within Seattles International Historic District and within walking distance of the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Seahawks stadiums, Exhibition Hall, Pioneer Square shops, restaurants and businesses.
705 Union Station contains a two-story glass curtainwall lobby, fronts on an extensive landscaped pedestrian plaza, and includes efficient office space for both multi-tenant and full floor occupancy.
Exterior building materials include a blend of brick, exposed steel and pre-cast concrete in keeping with the historic nature of the District.
The buildings are designed to be energy efficient. They can provide for the needs of high technology users via increased cooling capacity and higher than normal electrical services.
