Opus Corporate Center

Opus Corporate Campus is located in the center of Opus’ fully developed 650 acre Opus 2 business park. The building interior was designed to compliment the architecture while accentuating the natural site.

 

The buildings wraps around the south side of a pond and wetland area. A prairie school style of architecture was selected along with terraced massings of earth tone brick and bronze tinted glass to minimize the buildings appearance in the park like setting.  A low profiled eight-foot overhanging copper roof provides an elegant cap. The parking structures are clad in the same brick to tie the whole project into a unified whole.

 

The lower level contains executive parking, storage, exercise facilities, and large multi-function rooms with adjacent food preparation kitchens and service area.
