Port Clinton Place

Port Clinton Place is a component of a 20+ acre mixed-use development that provides a gateway to the community. The project features attractive landscaping, interconnecting walking/bicycle paths, and a large retention pond. Located at Route 45 and Port Clinton Road, just west of Milwaukee Avenue, the development is within walking distance to restaurants, retail shops and Lincolnshire's village center.

The residential component is a vital piece to the mixed-use redevelopment. Tax increment financing funds were utilized to support plans for restaurants, lifestyle retail and the campus expansion and improvement for the adjacent College of Lake County.  The first phase (60 unit condominium building and 20 rowhome units) of the development is complete and the second phase (60 unit condominium building and 27 rowhome units) of the development is in the planning stages. 

The luxury eight-story brick condominium building consists of six stories of residential over two stories of parking, offering a variety of different floor plans including 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms with 1 to 2-1/2 baths. The building features the convenience of two elevators, underground parking, private storage and maintenance free living.  Condominium units are available for sale and lease.
