Regent Center II

Regent Center II is located in DFW Freeport next to DFW International Airport, with great visibility from LBJ Freeway.

 

Regent Center II is a two story tilt-wall building with accent reveals, granite medallions, and punched windows. It features a Class "A" lobby with ornamental stairs, ceiling heights of up to 10' on the first floor, and 9.5' on the second floor.

 

Design features include large open floor plates and one passenger-elevator. The building has energy efficient building systems and a white TPO roof with an R-30 rating.
