Ridgegate Lincoln Commons

Ridgegate Lincoln Commons is the first phase of a proposed 600,000 sf, 41.5 acre, Town Center Development located in Lone Tree, Colorado.

 

Ridgegate Lincoln Commons will sit on 14.5 acres.  Currently 50,000 sf of building is complete with an additional 112,000 sf planned.

 

Ridgegate Lincoln Commons is the “entry” retail development to the heart of the proposed Town Center.  Narrow main streets have been incorporated into the design, leading to commons areas.  The City of Lone Tree’s new performing arts center is currently under contruction as part of the Town Center.  Additional retail shops, pad sites, small box retail, restaurant, office, hotel and parking ramps are all planned as part of the overall development.

 

Ridgegate Lincoln Commons is anchored by the 24,000 sf Sprouts Farmers Market grocery.  Other existing tenants include 5-Guys, Qdoba, Runners Roost and Garbanzos.
