Stadium Village Flats

Stadium Village Flats is a unique mixed-use project comprised of ground floor retail and six stories of purpose-built student housing located in the heart of Stadium Village near the University of Minnesota's East Bank campus. CVS Pharmacy will be the anchor tenant and occupy 14,800 SF of the retail on the first floor.

 

The 120-unit and 235-bed luxury student housing development will include amenities that set it apart from conventional student apartment buildings.  Amenities include a theatre and movie room, cardio fitness space, yoga and Pilates studio, study areas, a gaming room with multiple big screen TVs, and a contemporary lounge.

 

The building's location at the intersection of Ontario Street and Washington Avenue will have direct access to the future Central Corridor Light Rail. The light rail will provide people with quick and easy public transportation to both downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul.
