This project is a redevelopment of a former Supervalu distribution facility and will be located along Sunset Drive on the far Southwest side of Waukesha, Wisconsin.

This first class retail project will consist of 54 acres and will hold approximately 498,500 square feet of retail space. The outlot site area contains up to 4.1 acres. The development site can accommodate up to three anchor tenants.

The straightforward shopping center layout offers convenient access and parking at a ratio of 4.74 cars per 1,000 square feet, and will have a consistent and higher-end architectural theme. The project possesses excellent access and visibility onto Sunset Drive, which is a major east-west thoroughfare in Waukesha.
