Total Logistic Control Center

This one-story frozen foods warehouse and distribution facility for Total Logistic Control is located on Caron Road just north of I-88 in Rochelle, Illinois.  Total Logistic Control operates the facility on behalf of its Fortune 100 third party logistics client.

This insulated metal panel precast building features an 11-million cubic square-foot freezer with 10,000 square feet of office space. Additional features include a 38-foot clear ceiling height, ESFR sprinkler system, and 48 exterior docks with five rail car doors.  Parking is provided for 95 automobiles.

Total Logistic Control offers a full array of logistic management services, multi-temperature warehousing, transportation, procurement/ distribution and contract manufacturing/packaging services.

Total Logistic Control’s client at the Rochelle facility is ConAgra, a major food service provider who has worked often with the Opus Group around the country.
