This attractive 5-story, 190,000 square-foot single tenant building, originally completed in August, 2006, is the new home for US Bank’s most recent call center. US Bank commenced occupancy of the building in May, 2010, with their first training classes. Full occupancy of 1,300 employees is anticipated in 2012. The building was originally designed for occupancy of 850.
The building’s interior required a substantial re-design to meet the needs of a call center for US Bank. With increased occupancy driving the new design, the main focus was to increase the existing open office areas and reduce the number of private offices. Substantial modifications and upgrades were required to the electrical, HVAC and voice/data systems to accommodate the increased building density. The design incorporates six new training rooms, each with tiered seating and fully integrated audio/video capabilities.
The building lobby features an open staircase connecting the five floors. The lobby includes wood paneling and patterned tile slate flooring. Two passenger one service/passenger elevators are provided for convenient and efficient vertical circulation.
A 2 megawatt generator was added to provide full back-up power capability to all building systems to ensure uninterupted service to US Bank’s customers. Two beautifully landscaped and canopied patio areas are incorporated on the site for employee use.
