University Physicians, Inc. II

The University Physicians, Inc. project is located within the Colorado Science + Technology Park at Fitzsimmons on Montview Boulevard and Victor Street. The Colorado Science + Technology Park is a 170-acre business park serving the life sciences companies within the redevelopment of the 578-acre former Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colo.

 

UPI is a full service management organization responsible for the administration of all professional clinical activities of physicians employed by the University Of Colorado School Of Medicine. UPI has evolved over the years to function as the manager of a multi-specialty medical group practice providing a single point of contracting and marketing for all of the School of Medicine's clinical programs.

 

The six story multi-tenant building will serve as the UPI corporate headquarters and will feature ample outdoor seating space, an in house cafeteria and opportunities for mountain views. The building is also situated within walking distance to a future light rail stop and surrounding retail, with immediate access and views to a future public plaza.
