Opus has been developing institutional facilities across the U.S. for more than 50 years. From K-12 schools to churches, libraries and athletic facilities, Opus has worked with community leaders to develop highly functional, cost-effective buildings that enhance and support their communities.

Opus has completed 398 institutional projects totaling more than 18 million square feet and has 2.1 million square feet planned or under development.

Saint Ambrose of Woodbury

The worship space provides seating for 1500 people in a circular arrangement, which is focused on the sanctuary platform.

Grandview Square Library and Senior Center

This multi-purpose facility is a joint effort of the City of Edina and the Hennepin County library system. The 36,000-square-foot, two-story facility includes a Level 1 Senior Center for the residents of Edina and a Level 2 library for Hennepin County.

Devry Institute

Located at the southwest corner of Beltway 8 and Equity Drive in Houston's Westway Park, this state-of-the-art campus will feature specialized technology laboratories, a technical library and network multimedia equipment in the classrooms.

The Leafs Ice Centre is located on Wesemann Drive just north of Higgins Road in the Oakview Corporate Park, West Dundee, Illinois.
