To further enhance its ability to provide fast answers and results, the Opus Management companies introduced ServiceNet in 2006, an online tool that fully integrates and streamlines the property management process by allowing tenants to send work orders directly to the mobile phone or Blackberry device of a property management contact. In addition, each tenant has a password-protected, customized Web page that can include property-specific newsletters, project updates and announcements.
