Opus Ethics Hotline

As part of our commitment, we have established the Opus Ethics Hotline, which can be used to anonymously report conduct that may be unethical, illegal or inconsistent with the Opus Code of Conduct.

Opus Corporation and all members of the Opus Group are committed to maintaining the highest ethical and legal business standards. All persons and entities who conduct business with members of the Opus Group, and any of their officers, directors, shareholders, members and employees who have any information concerning the possible unethical or illegal actions of any of the employees, agents or contractors of any member of the Opus Group, are encouraged to directly report such information to the Opus entity that is involved. If a person is not comfortable to directly report a concern, then a report can be made by calling the Opus Ethics Hotline, which is available 24 hours each day, at the following toll-free telephone number: 1-877-248-1516.

It is expected that any report made by using the Opus Ethics Hotline will be made in good faith and will represent a real and legitimate concern. The person making any such report may remain anonymous, but it is requested that any such report include sufficient information so that the subject matter of the report can be properly and thoroughly investigated.

The Opus Ethics Hotline should be used only to report ethical and legal concerns and should not be used to provide or request any other information.
