"Building Community Award"
Official Voting Rules

Employees of The Opus Group ("Opus") nominated non-profit organizations making inspirational contributions to their community. Action groups comprised of Opus employees then selected a finalist in each city where Opus maintains an office (each a "Finalist"). Following are the official terms and conditions for participating in the voting process to select one of the Finalists as the winner of the "Building Community Award" ("Official Voting Rules").

VOTING PERIOD

The Voting Period begins on September 24 at 9:00 a.m. CDT and ends on October 4 at 3:00 p.m. CDT ("Voting Period").

HOW TO VOTE

During the Voting Period, you may vote for the "Finalist" of your choice by clicking the "Vote for This Finalist" button below the name of your chosen Finalist. A "Confirm Vote" message will pop up asking you to confirm your vote. To complete the voting process click "Submit Vote." You will receive a "Thanks for Voting" message confirming your successful vote for the Finalist of your choice. One vote per device and there is no cost to vote (other than your standard internet connection fees).

If, for any reason, any aspect of the voting process is interrupted or does not run as planned, including but not limited to: infection by computer virus; bugs; tampering; software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online vote; unauthorized intervention; fraud; technical or system failures or disruption; 'Acts of God' or terrorist attacks; other causes beyond the control of Opus which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the voting process; or Opus deems it necessary for any reason to suspend or terminate the voting process, Opus reserves the right at its sole discretion to (a) cancel, terminate, amend, modify, extend or suspend the voting process, and (b) select the winner. Online votes may be subject to standard internet connection fees.

THE WINNER

The Finalist that receives the most votes during the Voting Period, as determined by Opus, will be declared the winner. While voting is open to the public, Opus will make the final decision of the winning Finalist, consistent with the Official Voting Rules. All decisions by Opus regarding the interpretation and application of the Official Voting Rules and the winning Finalist are discretionary, as well as final, and are not subject to challenge. Opus will notify the winning Finalist on or about October 11 at 2:00 p.m. CDT.

GENERAL TERMS

You participate in this voting process at your own risk. Opus, its parent companies, affiliated companies, related companies, subsidiaries, and any entity associated with this voting process (including, any social media platform used to submit an official vote) (collectively, the "Released Parties") are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) difficulty accessing the Internet; (b) errors in transmission; (c) service outage, delays or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment or software; (d) failure of email or computers on account of any technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof; (e) any incomplete, lost, late, delayed, misdirected or garbled votes or failure to receive votes; (f) injury or damage to you or to any other person's computer, mobile phone, tablet or other device used for voting that are related to or result from participating in, or downloading materials or software, or attempts to participate in or download materials or software related to this voting process; or (g) failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), computers, tablets or other devices, phone lines or telephone systems (including wireless services), computer on-line systems, servers or providers, cellular equipment towers or other communications malfunctions. The Released Parties are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Released Parties that may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of these Official Voting Rules or (iii) any errors in the announcement of the winning Finalist.

Participants (1) agree to be bound by these Official Voting Rules by participating in this voting process; (2) assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the voting opportunity described in these Official Voting Rules; and (3) release the Released Parties and their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents and shareholders from any such claim or liability. Opus may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any participant for failing to comply with the Official Voting Rules.

Opus reserves the right to modify these Official Voting Rules at any time in its sole discretion. All interpretations of these Official Voting Rules by Opus and the decisions of Opus relating to this voting process are final.
