Anne Marie has 27 years of experience in real estate and construction law and has been a critical member of the Opus legal department for more than 12 years. As Senior Associate General Counsel, she helps manage the legal department, and she provides strategic legal counsel organization-wide, working collaboratively with senior leaders and project leaders to efficiently and creatively solve legal matters on behalf of Opus.
Prior to joining Opus, Anne Marie spent several years in private practice at Parsinen Kaplan Rosberg & Gotlieb (now Barnes & Thornburg) where she served Opus as outside counsel. She was also an attorney at Briggs and Morgan (now Taft) and Oppenheimer (now Fox Rothschild). Anne Marie passed the bar in 1995 after earning her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota.
