As senior manager of real estate development, Brian is responsible for sourcing, developing and leasing projects across various product types in the Denver metro area and the greater region.

Brian has over 13 years of commercial real estate experience in multiple disciplines including commercial development, acquisitions, investment management, asset and portfolio management and leasing. Prior to joining Opus, Brian was a vice president of asset management at Industrial Income Trust (IIT), where he oversaw the operations of the Northern Central Region, which was comprised of 12 million square feet in multiple Midwestern markets. While at IIT, Brian also oversaw a $1.5 billion joint venture that the trust entered into with a foreign pension fund.

Previous work experience also includes working in Prologis’ private equity group, where Brian oversaw the operations of the 50-million-square-foot North American Industrial Fund. Brian began his career with Lauth Property Group, in their Western Regional office in Denver, where he was responsible for underwriting and developing over eight million square feet of real estate in the western U.S. 

Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science from Skidmore College. He is a member of SIOR and the programs committee for the Colorado chapter of NAIOP.
