As President and CEO, Dave provides executive leadership and sets overall strategy for Opus Development Company, L.L.C. across its platform. His responsibilities include directional oversight and leadership of Opus’ development teams as well as its capital markets group.
Dave has over 30 years of real estate development, finance and brokerage experience, covering office, industrial, multifamily, retail and senior sectors. He joined Opus in 1995.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Minnesota. He is a board member for the Minneapolis Downtown Council and served on the board of directors of NAIOP Minnesota. Dave is also a member of Urban Land Institute and the Minnesota Commercial Association of Realtors.
