Emil is responsible for the day-to-day on-site field management of assigned projects, including schedule, quality and budget. He coordinates subcontracted work and self-performed work, including management of materials and utilization of equipment. Additionally, Emil supervises superintendents in the completion of duties and monitors, enforces and maintains job safety for all construction projects.
He has extensive experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction and has served as superintendent on numerous Opus projects.
Emil graduated from the Carpenter’s Apprenticeship Program and has a degree in carpentry and cabinetmaking from Faribault Technical College. He is a certified OSHA technician and a member of the Design-Build Institute of America, the Associated General Contractors of Minnesota and the United States Green Building Council.
