As Senior Manager of Real Estate Development, Jared is responsible for expanding and executing on a wide range of developments throughout Illinois including industrial, residential, office and retail. He manages site selection and acquisition, project feasibility, entitlements, project financing and design and construction oversight in addition to project marketing, leasing and disposition.
Jared joined Opus in 2022 with three years of experience in real estate and seven years in engineering. Prior to joining Opus, he worked for LeftbankHoldings, Senior Lifestyles Corp and WJE Engineers & Architects.
He holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin, Master of Science in Architectural Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. Jared is a member of the North Center Neighborhood Association Zoning & Land Use Committee, Urban Land Institute and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
