Joe is responsible for the leadership and overall management of St. Louis and Kansas City. His primary responsibilities include guiding the operating strategy and growth plans and the pursuit and execution of real estate development opportunities in various sectors, including office, industrial and residential.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Marquette University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. He is a member of the St. Louis Chapter of SIOR and the St. Louis University Civil Engineering Advisory Board. Joe is a board member for Cardinal Ritter Senior Services and the Opus Foundation®. Joe also serves as a St. Louis University Civil Engineering Advisory Board Member.
