As Project Manager, Kevin works alongside the project management team to successfully execute design-build projects for clients. His responsibilities include estimating and budgeting, hiring and scheduling subcontractors, reviewing architectural drawings and submittals through the design phase and helping manage onsite personnel through site meetings and safety walkthroughs. Kevin is also responsible for managing the client experience and providing project activation services.
He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in construction management from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Design Build Institute of America and NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.
