As Real Estate Representative, Kristin assists with all aspects of development in the Denver metro area, focusing on industrial, senior living and multifamily. She collaborates with the development team on pursuits, due diligence and entitlements and coordination with joint venture partners and construction teams. She also collaborates with the property management team on marketing, branding, operations, leasing and procurement and budget management for furniture, fixtures and equipment. She also coordinates neighborhood outreach and city communications.
Kristin completed the Real Estate Program at Colorado Junior College. She is a board member for Environmental Learning for Kids, a NAIOP Colorado Developing Leader and a member of CREW Denver.
