Nicholas A. Melaszus, LEED AP

As Senior Project Manager, Nicholas leads project teams of architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver integrated design-build services on projects across multiple sectors, including office, institutional, industrial and retail. Nicholas oversees all aspects of construction projects from schematic design, budgeting, scheduling and contracts through completion.

Nicholas has more than 19 years of commercial construction experience. Prior to joining Opus, Nicholas worked as a project manager and project engineer in Washington, D.C.; Chicago and Dayton, Ohio.

Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering and environmental engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
