Doug Swain Awarded IAMC Fellow Designation

​We’re proud to announce that Doug Swain has been awarded the IAMC Fellow Designation from the Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC).

IAMC Fellows have completed the Leadership Development Program, participating in five leadership seminars in four learning categories: individual, team, emotional intelligence and general leadership. The Leadership Development Program provides high-quality training that enhances personal and professional leadership skills. “IAMC Fellows are leaders in IAMC, their companies and the industry at large,” said J. Tate Godfrey, CEcD, executive director of IAMC. “Doug is a great asset to IAMC. We are very pleased to welcome him to this prestigious group of IAMC Fellows.”

Doug Swain, vice president & general manager of our Indianapolis office, leads the operations of that office, including overseeing projects and pursuits in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Tennessee. His development experience includes build to suits, speculative, redevelopment and land acquisitions. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Ohio State University. He is active in NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, serving as past president and founder of the Indiana chapter and on the national board of directors. Currently, he serves as governor for the NAIOP Research Foundation. Additionally, Doug is a member of the University of Indianapolis Real Estate Development and Construction Management Advisory Board, the Industrial Asset Management Council and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
