Project Credits: Plymouth Corporate Center Client Tenant Improvements
Event: Minnesota Commercial Real Estate Women (MNCREW) Monthly Program: The TCF Journey: The Move from the City to the Suburbs

Key Points:

  • TCF employees were very spread out across the cities with some teams split across multiple buildings before the move.  It wasn't functional or conducive to productivity and employee culture.
  • Simultaneous to the move, the TCF marketing and communications team was working to rebrand their business. Their new brand was incorporated into the new space, most prominently in the lobby where new and visiting employees and interviewees will enter. Open collaboration spaces and the concept of rhythm were incorporated throughout the facility.
  • Why Plymouth? Plymouth mayor Kelli Slavik shared insights into what the city has done to position themselves as business friendly. They’ve worked hard to made Plymouth a safe community and provide amenities for residents and employees to use. Additionally, the City provides its own busing services. The City has arranged busing for TCF employees to get to their new office with a drop off at the door.
